Trophy announces the campaign via email from your domain with a link to the hosted page. Weekly standing emails during the window. A nudge when the group is close, and a reward email when it hits.
Hosted page for the duration
Embed a challenge dashboard on your site with one line of code. Users open it from the email to see their progress and the standings.

FAQ

Questions from growth teams

Have a different question and can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Send us an email.

How does Trophy sit next to our ESP?
Trophy is built for behavioral campaign email — rank updates, challenge progress, and rewards. Keep broadcast and promotional sends in your ESP. If you prefer, Trophy campaign emails can be routed through your ESP.
How much engineering time does a campaign take?
Email is live in a few hours once your domain is connected—typically one engineer and one marketer. A hosted progress page is a one-line embed with basic configuration, live in a day, typically one engineer.
What is the difference between a challenge and a leaderboard?
Leaderboards rank users against each other for the length of the campaign. Challenges put users on the same side of a shared goal. You can run both in one campaign: a community target plus a leaderboard.
Do we need a product release to launch?
Email campaigns go live once your domain is connected. A hosted progress page is a one-line embed. These don't need to line up with product releases—you can run a campaign whenever you want.
Can we brand the emails and hosted page?
Yes. Emails send from your domain and use your brand in the block-based editor. The hosted page is a drop-in surface you can embed on your own URL, and it is also branded to match your product.
How do we know if the campaign worked?
Trophy shows participation on the leaderboard or challenge, opens and clicks on each campaign email, and engagement and retention during the window. Compare that to the period before the campaign.
How is this priced?
Trophy is free up to 1,000 monthly active users, then a fixed rate per active user per month. See the pricing page for full details.
