In October we added a brand new rewards feature, worked on performance, and began strengthening our security posture.
TL;DR
- A new rewards feature helps you recognize valuable user actions
- Faster webhook delivery makes workflows more performant
- Trophy starts ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II audits
Introducing: Rewards

The new Trophy rewards feature provides user engagement teams with a first-class experience for managing and fulfilling redeemable rewards based on user actions.
Configure your reward types in the Trophy dashboard, including the conditions for which they should be earned and strict guardrails to prevent abuse, and Trophy automatically grants them to each user when those conditions are met.

All Trophy rewards are redeemable, meaning a user must collect their reward manually through your app, providing a natural mechanism to bring users back.
Today, Trophy offers two reward types:
- Points rewards: Grant points to users when they meet certain conditions
- Custom rewards: Webhook-driven workflows for any internal or third-party reward flow
Rewards are available today on all Trophy plans and we'll be adding new reward types in due course.
Faster Webhook Delivery
Webhooks allow you to connect Trophy to internal and third-party software to power custom workflows using Trophy data.
In October we spent time improving our webhook infrastructure resulting in a 3x reduction is delivery delays.
This means webhooks reaching your workflows faster, making the experiences they power more timely and reliable.
Trophy's Compliance Roadmap
Whilst we have always maintained strict frameworks around data processing, storage, and the security of our applications, we understand some organisations require vendors like Trophy to meet certain compliance standards.
In October we completed readiness work for, and officially begun the audit process for both ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications.
Whilst we aim to deliver reports to customers soon, you can view our policies, vendors, and progress in our dedicated Trust Center.
Until next month...
