While useful for identifying broad trends, it offers an incomplete view of user behavior and churn because it reduces activity to a binary state: active or inactive.

- Do I have to use Trophy?
- No, you don't have to use Trophy to take part in the Trophy Growth Program. If you have existing gamification tooling that you want to keep, we can work with that instead. However, teams that do use Trophy will be able to see results and iterate faster.
- How do I know if it's working?
- We'll work with you to set up a growth model and analysis framework, define a tailored gamification implementation plan, guide you through implementation, and track the results with you based on your specific growth objectives.
